After finding the little wonders that are the Tumbleweed Tiny House’s, I wanted to know exactly what it was like inside one of them. Found this really cool video of Jay Shafer (creator of TTH) showing us the inside of his 3rd Tumbleweed home. Enjoy :)
This concept design is amazing. Not only does it reuse old and local materials, but the design itself is exactly how they describe it ‘theatrical’. I’d love to have my morning, lunch and dinner coffee here any day.

This Australian company have some really cool projects all evolving around sustainable design. Check them out. I was particularly interested in their listing of incorporated design.
I’ve become obsessed with these crazy cool creations!!! Designed to lesson impact on our environment, all you have to do is downsize. Can it really be that hard? I’d do it, just so I could live in one of these little wonders!
This is a really cool article on a term I’ve only just come across ‘upcycle’. Have not heard of it till tonight, and this Buddhist temple has demonstrated it amazingly - upcycle is to reuse garbage. Check it out :)
Saw this commercial on telly today (while watching Minute to Win It :P) and thought it was very relevant to last weeks informal presentations. Here is their website for some further interest http://environmentaledge.com.au/

This is a really cool Dulux advertisement!! Just shows that changing a space can be a simple as painting it fresh colour. It’s not always necessary to use extra materials, or destroying and rebuilding. Perfect example. Not exactly ESD but certainly an inspiring way of keeping the old and dressing it new!! :)
Click on the above link to read about some great ideas (many just common sense) on how to live in a more sustainable way at home.
